Are Ragazzi Life Beauty Products tested on animals? No. None of our beauty products are tested on animals. Are Ragazzi Life’s products Eco-friendly? Yes. Ragazzi Life products are all developed in an eco-friendly way. All of our products are either highly biodegradable or organic or take the needs of recycling and reuse into consideration. How long will it be before my order ships out? Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). Orders placed on a weekend will be processed the following Monday. Orders are processed and shipped on weekdays only. All purchases require pre-payment. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at customerservice@ragazzilife.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. What are my Payment Options? We accept the following debit and credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover. What shipping methods are available for my order? We use UPS: next day, 2 day, and ground; and USPS Express Mail, Priority, and First Class. Rates will depend on "ship to" location, and speed selected. A signature at time of delivery may be required for expedited delivery options (2 day or overnight). USPS will be used when shipping to PO Boxes, APO, or Alaska/ Hawaii. Does Ragazzi Life ship internationally? Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the United States at this time. What size should I order? Below are general guidelines on sizing. Please refer to individual product description pages for specifics: Can I have my order personalized or monogrammed? Most accessories items can be personalized. Are Ragazzi Life products available in stores? No, not at this time. They are exclusively available to our website customers. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at customerservice@ragazzilife.com within 7 days from delivery and we will be happy to assist you. Any item you wish to return must be in its original, unused condition, with tags attached, and all original documents, boxes etc must be included. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number, issued by Customer Service, which must be noted within your return paperwork. Once an RMA is generated, this unique RMA number will be emailed to you from Customer Service.
