Refunds and Shipping

Returns Policy



You may return new, unopened items with original tags still attached to the items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus the original shipping costs. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). Otherwise, if you want to return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee getting the product back to us. Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number.
If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the correct size/color. Then simply return back the first order that you do not want and we will refund the first order entirely. When you return your order, please include the original packing slip so we can tied the return back to your account. Also please make a note in with it that you have already reordered and would like a refund on the returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within two to three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please include the original packing slip, a copy of your receipt or your order number, name, address and reason for return with the item being returned.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
