Short-snouted dogs face greater air travel risks

Airlines don’t have the best safety record when it comes to transporting dogs in the belly (cargo) area of the plane. Some dogs that are forced to travel ‘for work,’ like Georgia’s mascot (a bull dog), that happens to be a breed that is of risk thanks to the length of its nose. Ragazzi News was surprised by the fact the so many dogs go ‘missing’ by the airlines every year let alone how many die. What a terrible loss.(full article)
